We have been providing individual care packages to clients in Tonbridge and neighbouring villages Hildenborough, Leigh, and Shipbourne since 2011. It’s very easy to become isolated in the rural areas we cover and clients who have limited mobility or mental health issues including dementia benefit enormously our Care Pros’ visits. Our Care Pros provide visits that help to keep our clients engaged with their communities with trips to Hildenborough and Shipbourne Farmers Markets or the library in Hildenborough to change books or Art Group at The Oast Theatre. Or As the needs of our clients change we also provide personal care and care for dementia, Parkinson’s’, palliative care and end of life.

We offer a full range of care from companionship visits to personal care and specialist services such as stoma care, peg feeding and catheter care for our clients with greater needs. Visits to dementia cafes at Town Lock Day Centre or Angels Indoor Bowls and jigsaw puzzles and games at home that our Care Pros take with them are popular and provide stimulation and social interaction.
