Tonbridge Dementia Friendly Community has installed a Sensory Dementia Walk around the Racecourse Sports Ground. Follow the signs and experience the birds songs, identify the trees and see the different types of bark. Listen to the sound of the Medway. Visit the Bug Hotel and more.
