The Home Instead Dementia Care home care team, here to help the Southborough community

Southborough and Bidborough situated between Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge are central in our care area. We have been providing care here since 2011. Our care services include everything from hourly Domiciliary care (day visits in your own home) to Live in Care which is when a Care Pro lives with our client in their own home offering care and reassurance 24 hours per day. Dementia is the main reason for using our services and Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge both offer plenty of facilities for our Care Pros to help our clients stay active and engaged in their communities. Why Home Instead Dementia Care may be right for you

We know that every client has different care needs, so our care plans reflect this and are unique for each client. We can provide 1 hour per day, longer visits or multiple visits per day. If this isn’t the answer, we also have Live in Carers who live with our client or some people need over night care to allow their family or partners to sleep. Overnight care can be waking or sleeping depending on the situation. We are very experienced with dementia, but we also care for people with Parkinson’s, mobility issues related to arthritis, injury or stroke. Other areas of care include palliative and end of life that may require support with catheters, stomas or feeding pegs.
