Unlike other providers, our minimum visit is one full hour dedicated entirely to your loved one, with zero travel time deducted. This unhurried approach directly reduces the anxiety and confusion often associated with dementia. Our flexible care packages start at just two hours per week and adapt seamlessly as your loved one’s needs change.

We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of a unique mix of services to meet your needs.

Yes, all of our staff are insured to take their clients out in their cars – be it for a drive to a garden like Enys Gardens, a shopping trip, a trip to a place of worship, a cafe, or visiting friends and family.
- Will my loved know who is visiting and when?
Yes. Each client will receive a copy of their schedule each month, so they know who is coming and when. This is also available to the family via our app.
- Can I see exactly what has been done on each visit?
