Our companionship care services are at the heart of what we do and what makes us very different – focussing on building trust through developing meaningful relationships with our clients and their families. To do this requires time – longer-visits of at least 1 hour. We match our Care Professional to our clients and introduce them in advance to ensure our clients and Care Professionals can really get to know one another and build a trusting relationship. We work hard to establish how we can support our clients to do what they enjoy – be it chatting, cooking, watching TV, playing card games, reading or gardening. We can also organise trips out to the shops, local attractions, a place of worship or to see their friends and family.

After 15 years of supporting older people and their families, we know that the companionship-based care we provide to our clients, and the fantastic support that we provide to their families, is what makes us unique. Building long-term trusting relationships takes time, continuity of care and consistency of visit times. Our detailed care plans detail what activities our clients enjoy, so we can help them to continue or even re-engage with these activities. Our companionship home care is focussed on providing not only what our clients need, but also what they want – so they can actively enjoy living in their own homes for as long as possible.
What we do to care for your loved ones
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of a unique mix of services to meet your needs.
