Trio of CQC Outstandings for Home Instead!
Celebrations are underway, with three Home Instead offices gaining an ‘Outstanding’ rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). It’s a remarkable testament to the exceptional care delivered by their dedicated Care Professionals across the communities they serve.

The CQC is the regulatory authority for the care sector and regularly carries out inspections. Just 3% of home care companies have been rated Outstanding, the highest rating, following their inspections. It’s a coveted rating that gives clients and their families confidence that their care is being delivered to an exceptional standard.
Home Instead UK has more CQC Outstandings than any other home care company in the sector, with 84 offices holding this rating.
Each office earned its Outstanding rating for different reasons. One was recognised for working closely with clients’ healthcare practitioners, while another received praise for helping clients stay connected to their communities. But one defining thread ran through every success: the unwavering compassion of Care Professionals.
Families of clients gave glowing reviews when speaking to the CQC in their inspections, with many saying Home Instead has helped them live the life they want alongside loved ones. One relative captured it perfectly saying: “I can be more of a relative than a carer.”
