Our visits are all done by our highly trained care professionals, all of whom will be introduced before hand so your family does not feel like they have been left with a complete stranger. Visits are typically an hour long but can be requested as and when needed multiple times a day and should anything change we can adjust how and when care is provided to best suit your needs.
