Dr Mark Hunt - Franchise Owner
Mark is Co-Director with Rebecca and has an impressive background as a GP in the Somerset and Dorset area for over 25 years. Together they run the Yeovil and Taunton and West Somerset Franchises.
Mark believes that it is only through taking the time to truly understand an individual, that we can then be equipped with the detail to deliver a bespoke service. These elements have been critical in his clinical practice and reflects on our ethos at Home Instead. His focus is on providing care that he would be happy for his Mum and Dad to enjoy.

Dr Rebecca Gray - Franchise Owner
Rebecca is a qualified GP working in South Somerset. She established the Yeovil office with her late husband Ashley Gray; he was passionate about delivering top quality care to people in their own homes, supporting them to maintain their independence if they wished to do so. She is Co-Director with Mark.
Rebecca very much hopes to build on the foundations that Ashley created and embed Home Instead as the most trusted home-care company in both Somerset & Dorset.

Clare Cottrell - Office Manager
Clare has a background in; health and well-being, counselling, support, events management and education. Her role is to support the Business Owners, manage the office team and ensure the efficient running of the business on a day-to-day basis.
Her passion is providing excellent, high-quality, person-centred support and care for clients and staff.

Kayleigh Redgate - Registered Care Manager
Kayleigh is our Registered Care Manager and boasts a level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management. As Care Manager, it is her responsibility to ensure that our clients are safe and receiving the highest level of care.
She is passionate about enabling people to live independently in their own homes, for as long as possible, whilst enabling them to live their lives to the fullest, and enjoy every day.

Emma Gratton - Field Care Supervisor
Emma’s Home Instead journey started in June 2022, having completed her BSc honours in Health and Social Care Management. Emma grew up watching her Nan work most of her life in care and it inspired her to do the same, and that is partly what brings her to Home Instead today.
Emma is passionate about helping people, promoting independence where possible and delivering a high standard of care that promotes empathy, dignity and compassion.

Jo Skinner - Care Coordinator
When Covid hit, Jo found herself wanting more and more to give something back and help those that would benefit from a little TLC. Since then, she has worked in care after joining Home Instead has found the vocation that was meant for her.
A stickler for attention to detail, Jo is very hands-on and loves going to see clients and Care Professionals and will always go that extra mile to make someone’s day special.

Tom Lindsey - Senior Care Professional
Tom became a Senior Care Professional in May 2022. His previous experience of care was in an orthopaedic hospital working with young adults and children. After Covid-19 forced a career change from photography he began working for Home Instead in April 2020 as a Care Professional.
Tom relishes working with like-minded individuals who work as a team and enjoys the daily interactions with the clients and the rapport which builds over time.

Hannah Sharland - Recruitment and Community Engagement Lead
Hannah joined the team in 2021 and prior to that she spent 11 years in a busy optical and audiology environment, recruiting and training specialists in the South West. She brings her knowledge of eyes, ears and personal development to our new and existing Care Professionals.
Hannah’s mantra is that happy, highly trained Care professionals in the community leads to OUTSTANDING care for our clients.

Louisa O'Gorman - Recruitment & Training Co-ordinator
Louisa started at Home Instead in August 2018. Her responsibilities are in recruiting new Care Professionals and supporting them through the training and induction process.
Louisa has many years of experience working in customer service within the leisure industry and enjoy meeting and talking to people and making a difference to their lives. For her, being part of a Care company who strive on going the extra mile really is something to be proud of. The level of care and compassion given to all the team and clients makes it a pleasure to come go into work each day.

Jade Sloman - Receptionist and Administrator
Jade has spent 14 years in customer service roles and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and empathy. Jade’s role is very much the first point of contact for clients, family members and Care Professionals and provides everyone around her with great support.
Jade is passionate about providing outstanding Customer Service through effective communication as it helps her understand the needs of our clients and Care Professionals.

Julia Majewska - Receptionist and Administrator
Julia joined Home Instead in 2022. Originally from Poland, Julia has a bachelor degree in American Studies. She is a very proud of being a bowel cancer survivor and she is trying to spread awareness about how important it is to get checked regularly and to not be afraid of doctors.
Julia has worked in customer service for over 6 years now and she absolutely adores this role. She is passionate about helping people and excited to be a part of this wonderful team at Home Instead Taunton.

Julie Street - Finance and Administration Assistant
Julie started working for Home Instead as Finance & Administration Assistant in October 2021, having previously worked in Complex Care as an HCA. She has 28 years admin experience so this role gives her the best of both worlds. She has worked previously for Architects, the Ministry of Defence, a Housing Association, NATO in Brussels, Insurance Brokers, Spinal Homecare and also ran a pub with her brother!
She thoroughly enjoys her job at Home Instead and finds it so refreshing to work with people that genuinely do care for both their clients and their employees. Julie is passionate about getting things right and communication, as this is key to all things in life.
