Celebrating Diversity and Inclusion
W/C 23rd June marked our vibrant Diversity and Inclusion Week at Home Instead!
Our office was transformed with colourful decorations to reflect the richness of backgrounds and experiences that make up our incredible team. On 26th June, we invited our Care Pros and clients to pop in, enjoy some refreshments, and share stories. It was a heartwarming get-together that reminded us of the strength found in our differences—and the joy in coming together as one family.
New Care Pro Social Evenings
In June, we launched our brand-new series of Care Pro social evenings—and what a start we had!
We hosted not just one, but two fantastic get-togethers, giving our Care Pros the chance to relax, chat, and enjoy each other’s company outside of work. These evenings are all about connection, appreciation, and celebrating the amazing work our team does every single day. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
Summer Care Pro Meeting
On June 30th, we held our Summer Care Pro Meeting—a perfect blend of updates, achievements, and sunshine!

We marked the birthdays of several Care Pros, clients, and office team members—including a special shout-out to Louisa, our brilliant Recruitment and Training Coordinator. We also celebrated the 95th birthday of our lovely client RS—what an honour to share in such a milestone.
Every celebration reminds us just how connected our Home Instead family really is.
