A letter from Daniela C.

Daniela has been a member of the Home Instead Live-in team since August 2024 and has made such a positive impact since day one.

It has been wonderful to see her grow in confidence, with the rest of the Live-In Care team giving her their full support.

“My first contact was with Suzanne when l did the interview which was a very pleasant experience which filled me with confidence. After 2 days of training, which l really enjoyed, l started to work.

I met Andrew and Daymon, Angela and Claire and finally Suzanne. By all this time, the whole team was behind me and they supported with phone calls and visits. They were full of advice and compliments for my work which gave me a lot of confidence, power and peace of mind. Claire’s and Angela’s hugs confirmed that l am in the right place!

l’ve met colleagues from the other branches and they were helpful, supportive and friendly.

In the end l must say again that l am in the right place and l thank you for the opportunity to be a part of this wonderful team.”
