Home Instead Achieves Outstanding Results in 2026 Client Satisfaction Survey
92% of Clients Would Recommend Home Instead
Home Instead is delighted to share the results of its 2026 Pursuing Excellence, Achieving Quality (PEAQ) survey, highlighting the exceptional care and support delivered across Stourbridge, Hagley, Halesowen, Belbroughton, Romsley and Clent.
The annual PEAQ survey gives clients and their families the opportunity to provide honest feedback about their experience of care. The results help us celebrate success, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure we continue to provide the highest quality home care services to older adults throughout our local communities.
This year’s results paint a highly positive picture, with 92% of clients saying they are likely or very likely to recommend Home Instead to others. This reflects the trust our clients place in us and the dedication of our team to helping older adults remain independent, safe and connected to the communities they love.
Outstanding Feedback for Our Care Professionals
At the heart of Home Instead is our team of compassionate Care Professionals, and this year’s survey results demonstrate the difference they make every day.
An impressive 97% of clients agreed that their Care Professional:
- Has an excellent understanding of their care needs
- Makes them feel safe when they visit
- Cares about them as a person
These scores highlight the strong relationships that develop between clients and Care Professionals, built on trust, consistency and genuine companionship.

- 92% agreed that Home Instead adapts to changes in their needs to continue providing effective care
