Independent survey company Workbuzz have given Home Instead (Stourbridge, Hagley and Halesowen) their prestigious 5 Star Employer Award. With a 96% response rate to the survey, the Stourbridge, Hagley, Halesowen and Bierley Hill Office received resounding confirmation from care professionals that it is a great place for care assistants to work.

It is a testament to the hard work and support given by our office team that the care givers themselves feel rewarded, well trained and gain huge enjoyment and satisfaction from their jobs.” Peter explained “We offer part time and full time jobs and we do everything possible to make schedules fit around our care professionals’ personal lives, but what they enjoy most is the fact that all our visits are at least one hour, so they can build fantastic, quality relationships with the people who need our care and support”
