It can be difficult to accept help with personal care from our loved ones, particularly those with more intimate or clinical needs. Our Care professional will be matched with you, will take time to get to know you, and will build a trusted relationship to ensure that your care and support is personal to you and carried out in the way you want. Our Care professionals are highly trained in providing personal care assistance, including support with moving and positioning, assisting with bathing or showering and continence care. We can also provide support with more clinical personal care activities such as catheter and stoma care, helping you to live your best life at home
What we do to care for your loved ones
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of a unique mix of services to meet your needs.

My mum has been looked after by the Home Instead team since January. She was a bit reticent about carers coming in, however, the team at Home Instead worked with times to make it accessible. The care staff are kind and considerate and there is never any issue with any tasks. The office team have been very supportive with mum as she has had many hospital admissions and always ensure the best experience for her.
