Our local communities offer a wide range of engaging activities for older adults. However, it can be difficult to find all the information in one place. We at Home Instead Hamilton were inspired to create the Community Services & Wellbeing Guide, or “What’s on Where” (WOW).

We are committed to fulfilling our social responsibilities. Just like a caring companion, we strive to alleviate the struggles faced by older individuals, their loved ones, and carers, by providing support in combating feelings of loneliness and social isolation.

Receiving a dementia diagnosis can be a life-altering event for everyone impacted, but it is still possible to live effectively with the condition. Just like a caring and understanding carer, we believe that participating in community events and activities can make a meaningful difference. Our goal is to foster a sense of value, connection, and assistance for those affected by these situations.
