Two of our Care Professionals, Shaun and Laura, are finalists in the National Care Awards. Laura is in the ‘Best Newcomer’ category and Shaun in the ‘Care Champion’ category.
Shaun used to be a Manager in retail, but has never looked back since joining us. Like Laura he makes a huge difference to his clients lives every day and Shaun also finds the time to run lots of amazing Community support groups like the Ronnie Gardiner Method group with his partner in the local area.
We are so very proud of both of you and are very lucky to have you.
Laura used to be a chef. Since joining Home Instead 6 months ago she has thrived. In her short time with us she has already made a huge difference to not only the clients lives but also their families. She has also just started her Level 3 qualification in Health and Social care and is working so hard on it as well as working full time!
