What is the PEAQ Survey?

The PEAQ survey is a comprehensive annual survey completed by all Care Professionals, clients and our office support team. It is run independently by WorkBuzz and is completed by every Home Instead office across the country. This ensures consistency, transparency and, most importantly, that we are doing the right things for our teams and the people we support.

The survey is completely anonymous, allowing everyone to share honest feedback. The insights we receive help us analyse our operations, understand what we’re doing well and identify where we can improve. In fact, the results form the blueprint for our strategy for the rest of the year.

Proud to Be a 5-Star Employer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We are incredibly proud to share that Home Instead South Lakes has achieved the WorkBuzz 5-Star Employer Award for 2025 – the fifth time we have received this recognition.

To achieve this award, organisations must reach:

  • An Engagement Score of at least 85%
  • A Response Rate of at least 82%

Our results went above and beyond:

  • 93% response rate
  • 97% engagement score

That’s huge – and it reflects the strength of our culture, our values and the dedication of our incredible team.
