We understand with commitments such as work and parental commitments that you may benefit from Care Professionals to help out with your loved ones, or you may be looking for more support for yourself. Having help doesn’t mean having to move out of a home. We can support you or a loved one at home as an affordable alternative to a residential home.

Whether you need a few days help a week or full time care, we provide one-to one dedicated relationship led care that is tailored to YOU or your loved one enabling you to continue to do the things you love at times that suit YOU! We match our fully trained Care Professionals with our clients who live with you to ensure special relationships are built, delivering whatever care you need in your beloved home.

What is Live in care?

Live in care is when a Care Professional moves in with you or your loved one. That doesn’t mean they receive 24 hour care – it means that someone is available in your home throughout the day and will provide the care you need when you want it!

Having relationships is so important, and Live-in Care helps older people stay socially stimulated. Having a Care Professional there to act if there is an emergency such as a fall can give you or your family peace of mind.

What are the benefits of Live-in care:

Ultimate flexibility and freedom of choice. A Live-in Care package fits around what you or your loved one wants their daily routine to be. Perhaps you want to eat at 1pm on the dot? Or perhaps you want to do some gardening or visit a neighbour for a cup of tea? Our Care Professionals can make it happen and your wishes can be fulfilled.

Maintaining familiarity: Live-in Care means being able to stay in your beloved home and not have to move into residential care. It’s minimum disruption for you who can stay in a familiar environment, surrounding by cherished family and friends. Whatever routine you or a loved one has enjoyed until now can continue.

The Care Professional becomes family: People who get Live-in Care for themselves or a loved one want somebody to approach the role with as much compassion as they do. Spending so much time with clients, Live-in Care Professionals become family; someone you can trust.

One-to-one support: We can give you one-to one care. We don’t have to divide our time with our people. This is a key part of Live-in Care: receiving support from one attentive person. You will also have your own dedicated Care Manager looking after you!

Fully flexible: There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to Live-in Care. The package can be for the long or short-term, or even at intermittent periods if that suits best. The type of care delivered is also tailored, e.g. it might be that you need specialist care such as Parkinson’s as part of the package. You can be offered a Live-in Care Professional trained to deliver this.

Adds an extra level of assurance: One of the biggest worries for families with older relatives is that an emergency might happen at the worst possible time – when there’s nobody there to help. A Live-in Care Professional steps in if ever an emergency, e.g. if a fall takes place, even during the night.

Specialist Live in care: Even when care needs grow significantly, as a CQC rated Outstanding Home care company our Care Professionals are specially trained to care for people with conditions like dementia and Parkinson’s and other specialist care needs. They have the skills and knowledge to respond to the symptoms gently and give someone a happy and safe life at home.

Even people faced with a life limiting disease or illness have the option to stay at home. We are here for all of your life care and our Care Professionals and trained in palliative care that will ensure that you or your loved one’s final months or years are as comfortable and dignified as possible.
