We are so very proud that we are finalists for our ‘Training and Expertise’ in the Home Care Awards.
Dinah is our wonderful Trainer and she is also a Registered General Nurse. Dinah always ensures our Care Professionals are equipped with the very best training that enables them to provide OUTSTANDING care at all times. They do so much more than the ‘standard training’.
We believe that the difference between a good Care Professional and a great one is… Training!Our Care Professionals training starts with their initial training days before they start with us and we provide Outstanding, award winning training courses such as the City & Guilds Dementia Programme and End of Life Care, and annual ‘Refresher’ training. Home Instead UK has a partnership with Parkinson’s UK which means we can also give Parkinson’s training to all our Care Professionals too. We also provide bespoke training for our clients with more complex needs.
On top of this we also fund Care Professionals to do their Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications and there is always an opportunity for career progression with us for those that want it. We can’t wait for the Awards ceremony in March.
