We absolutely loved seeing our Care Professionals at our ‘PEAQ Social event’. PEAQ stands for “Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality” and is the name given to our annual survey of all Clients, Care Professionals and Key Players. Its run by an external company and its completely anonymous. The results from the survey allow us to analyse our operations and improve the quality of the service for our Care Professionals and our clients.
Due to COVID, we haven’t all been together since September! Some of our Care Professionals met each other for the first time which was so lovely to see and they learnt more about all the training dates and about the fantastic new training that Dinah has planned for the rest of the year and also all about what our Community Angels are doing in our community. We had an ice cream van, a ‘selfie mirror’, yummy cakes and sweets, a competition to win vouchers at Lodore Falls Hotel and more and there was lots of fun and laughter. Thank you for coming everyone.
