That’s why we offer top rates of pay up to £16.50 per hour + travel pay, mileage and waiting time, training pay and anniversary and refer a friend bonuses of £250! As all our client visits are a minimum of one hour, you will always be paid for the full hour!
All our Care Professionals have the qualities as we would want them to have if they were looking after our own loved ones. We believe that the difference between a good Care Professional and a great one is the Training. Our Nurse Trainer delivers first class training and also bespoke training for our clients with more complex needs. Our Care Professionals are therefore confident to deliver Outstanding care to our clients at all times. We value each and every Care Professional and ensure they have access to award winning training and a career pathway that recognises and rewards their exceptional qualities and skills including City and Guilds Dementia and End of Life courses and Parkinson’s Explained training which was developed with Parkinson’s UK. They also have opportunities to do their Level 2, Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications in Health and Social care. We truly value and reward our Care Professionals for providing OUTSTANDING care.
