Brothers Marian and Cristin Catana are delighted to lead Home Instead South Devon. With diverse professional experience and a family connection to the care sector, they are committed to supporting clients and families with warmth, compassion, and trusted, quality care.

Dan is our Operations and Registered Manager, supporting every aspect of the business with many years of experience in the care sector. Fun and approachable, he enjoys spending time with his family and heading to the beach to catch some waves whenever he can.

Chris is our Registered Manager, supporting our Care Professionals and overseeing daily operations, training, and quality care. With a passion for movies and music, he enjoys relaxing with a good film or playlist when he’s not keeping everything running smoothly.

Joanne oversees our clients’ care with expertise and compassion, conducting consultations and creating tailored care plans to meet individual needs. With many years of experience, she’s a true professional who loves making a difference and spending time with her family.

Lesley is our Care Manager, supporting clients and setting up new care packages. She works closely with families to ensure each client receives the best possible care. Outside of work, Lesley enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Linda is our Deputy Care Manager, supporting clients from the start of their care journey and delivering community dementia talks. Dedicated and caring, she’s passionate about helping others. In her spare time, Linda loves relaxing and playing the piano.

Lydia ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, managing business change projects and implementing IT solutions. She’s also the go-to for invoicing and payroll administration. Outside work, Lydia loves spending time with her family and friends!

Alex keeps our office running smoothly as Office Coordinator, ensuring everything stays organised and on track. Outside of work, she’s active in the community and is also studying part-time for a BA (Hons) in Theology, a degree that will keep her busy for years to come.

Emma supports the office with a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring everything runs efficiently. She also plays a key role in auditing and compliance, helping maintain our high standards. Outside of work, Emma loves spending quality time with her family!

Liberty is passionate about growing our business by finding new clients and Care Professionals. She manages social channels, marketing, newsletters, and company events to keep us connected. Outside work, Liberty loves films and spending quality time with her family!

Marc started as a Care Professional, so he truly understands the role and what it takes to thrive in it. Now, as our Recruiter, he’s passionate about matching the right people to the right roles. When he’s not helping grow our team, Marc enjoys keeping fit at the gym!

Lisa is our Community Engagement Officer, connecting with local businesses, groups, and the community to share information on care and support. She also runs our Memory Lane Café and free community events. Outside of work, she loves spending time with friends and family.

Judy is our Trainer, supporting our Care Team to ensure everyone feels happy and confident in their role. Always cheerful and ready to help, she brings positivity to everything she does. Outside of work, Judy loves socialising with her family and friends.

Joe is our Scheduler, carefully planning visits for our Care Professionals and setting up new clients with their preferred times and days. He plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly. Outside of work, Joe enjoys both playing and listening to music.

Ben helps manage schedules to ensure our care runs smoothly and efficiently. With a focus on organisation and support, he plays a key role in our team’s success. Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending quality time with his family and pursuing his passion for DJing.

Kerry communicates with Care Professionals and clients about scheduling changes, supports care consultations, service reviews, staff supervisions, and client plans. She also assists with introductions and covers out-of-hours duties. Outside work, Kerry loves baking!
