Starting this autumn we're starting a key to care campaign to inform people about home care. Join us to have your questions answered.
This September we are launching a new Campaign called Key to Care. Key to Care sessions are monthly, free information sessions that are open to the public and each month we will be covering a different topic. We are holding the sessions at Crewe Library on the last Wednesday of every month 1-3pm.
For the launch session in September, we are covering Dementia and we have an Admiral Nurse coming along to hold a talk for us, offering support to families who are caring for a loved one who has been diagnosed with Dementia, or for the person who has been diagnosed themselves. As it is the launch session we will also be having a visit from Crewe Mayor. Refreshments will be included and there will be time for people to mingle and chat and share their own experiences.
We will post updates each month with what that months session will be covering so watch this space!
