For our June Key To care Session we are going to be talking about mobility.
We will be joined by Ableworld, who will be with us to talk about mobility whilst out and about and in and around the home, offering advice and guidance on products and services available to help you stay mobile.
Our Key to Care sessions are in partnership with the Afternoon Club, who support the Crewe community living with Dementia, however our monthly Key to Care Sessions are open to all.
A good chat and refreshments will also be available, and the session is free of charge to attend.
