August's Key to Care Session

For our August Key to Care session we are going to be talking about Age UK Cheshire's Green Connections Project

We will be joined by Bethany Caley from Age UK Cheshire Green Connections Project which aims to get over 55’s connected to nature and their local communities. Through the project, they can offer up to three sessions with participants, working alongside them in their own gardens to give an extra pair of hands and provide advice on how to make their gardens more wildlife friendly and manageable.

Our Key to Care sessions are in partnership with the Afternoon Club, who support the Crewe community living with Dementia, however our monthly Key to Care sessions are open to all.

A good chat and refreshments will also be available, and the session is free of charge to attend.
