As we age many of the tasks round the home can become harder and sometimes even more risky, increasing the chances of trips or falls happening. Changing a double duvet can be a pain in the neck, literally. Because we match our care professionals to the client it is less intrusive having someone visiting to help with tasks in your home. Our clients have different preferences some like chatty, some like someone who just gets on with the job or even someone who sings! We pride ourselves on having an engaged and happy workforce who will be proud to help their client to continue living in a clean, tidy and well-kept home.
What we do to care for your loved ones
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of a unique mix of services to meet your needs.

Home Instead understand that any care you need can change over time. We will work closely with you to ensure we provide you with as much or as little care and support as you require.
- Is there any housework you are unable to do?
Our home help care covers light household tasks which can be carried out during a visit. This would not cover deep cleaning of a client’s home.
