CQC spoke with two people using the service, five relatives and six CAREGivers. People said they were consulted about their care and support needs and that staff were able to meet their needs effectively. They told CQC they would feel confident to raise any concerns and felt these would be addressed. Staff recruitment procedures were in place and were being followed to ensure the staff were appropriately vetted and were qualified to meet people’s needs. People and their relatives were encouraged to express their views about the service. Where issues were identified action was taken by the service to address these and improve the service being provided. People and relatives they spoke with were very positive about the service being provided. One relative said “I can’t fault the carers” and another said “they run a very efficient care agency” and gave them peace of mind. People and relatives told CQC the staff made them feel comfortable and provided a good standard of care. One person said they were “extremely satisfied and over the moon” with the service provided.
