We always appreciate the hard work that our Team and would never let it go unnoticed.
Domiciliary Care is a 24hour operation. In order to meet the care demands we have an Emergency On-Call system in place to allow us to be available to provide support to those that need it outside our office operation hours.
We would like to say a Special Thank you to Misti Toms (Care Coordinator) and Clair Bird (Scheduler) for going above and beyond whilst being on call over the weekend. The commitment saw them going out to ensure that our CAREGivers were given the support that they needed during unsociable hours. The CAREGiver was very grateful for the support received and acknowledged that this is why she loves working at Home Instead as she “never feels that she is left alone”.
Misti and Clair were delighted when they were surprised with an award and gift and thanked us for noticing the hard work that they do to continue keeping Home Instead at Number One!
