Cherelle attended the Train the Trainer CPR training in December and today she had her first new CAREGivers who passed and completed this course.
This training is part of the New Care Certificate Qualification that all new staff now have to complete as part of their induction.
The Care Certificate is a set of standards that social care and health workers use daily whilst working, there are 15 standards in all
It gives new staff confidence and people who use our services know that everyone has been trained to the same standards, skills and knowledge. This ensures that all staff provide compassionate, safe and high quality care and support.
At Home Instead Ruislip & Harrow we love training and developing our CAREGivers and are always looking for people who are interested in working with older people to improve quality of life and independence.
This is a great career choice for individuals who are outgoing, responsible, and are looking for fulfilling part time work with great training.
