Changing the face of homecare in Ruislip and Harrow

Home Instead believes the new independent research, carried out in June this year, is living proof that there is a better way to deliver homecare*.

  • 84% say their CAREGiver was properly introduced before they started working with them
  • 93% rate the quality of the service as good or excellent

The survey results demonstrate just how important this is, as 100% of clients agreed that their CAREGiver is matched to their needs and 90% feel their CAREGiver takes an interest in them as a person. We believe relationship-led homecare has to have these core principles at its heart.

The results show that CAREGivers feel valued, respected and part of the bespoke Home Instead ethos: 91%understood why Home Instead is different from other care companies, 95% say they are given enough time to deliver desired levels of care to clients, 91% would recommend Home Instead to a friend or family member as a place to work, 95% would recommend its services to friend and 95% say their job gives them the opportunity to learn and develop new skills.
