Assessing and monitoring the quality of service provision-Met this standard
The inspector met with the Care Manager and Manager, 4 staff members and contacted 6 clients and 3 relatives of clients. Clients said they were happy with the service received, one person said "I am perfectly satisfied" and another said "I am absolutley, fantastically pleased" and a relative said "the standard of care is very high". Staff respected their wishes and asked them what their preferences were when they were providing support.
The inspector found that staff were supported and received regular training, supervision and appraisal and that effective quality monitoring systems are in place to ensure that any areas of developement were identified and addressed.
