The office staff are extremely pleasant and efficient and will do their best to meet any requirement, no matter how unusual, or late in the day it may be. In particular, my grateful thanks to E, L’s carer who offers so much more than just looking after her and keeping her safe. There have even been times after E has left that L, though not remembering her name, asks where the lady who has been helping her is, and when is she coming back. This, in itself is progress and I am confident that the ongoing relationship can only be for L’s benefit. If anyone finds themselves in a similar position, I can highly recommend Home Instead to provide the necessary assistance and comfort in what will be ongoing difficult times.Clients Husband - GR August 2025

- My mother, aged 99 has been supported by ‘Home Instead’ over the past few months. The ‘Home Instead’ carers have been of great support in helping Mum remain as independent as possible. The service so far has been responsive, sensitive, consistent and flexible and I feel reassured that a bespoke package of care would be delivered to meet any change in Mum’s needs should this be required in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend Home Instead and feel lucky that we found them!
