Move it or Lose it
This form of exercise was founded in 2010 by Julie Robinson, who has dedicated her career to motivating thousands of older people to keep active in later life. Her company has now grown nationally with network of instructors delivering exercise classes to thousands of older people every week all over West London. Julie and her team have also developed a range of fitness products including DVDs, resistance bands and everything else you need to keep active.
We were lucky to have Savita from Move it or Lose it who joined us at our club at St Martins Church in Ruislip, Savita did a 30 minute gentle exercise class in our chairs. Everyone really enjoyed this session, it gave everybody a boast of energy and made them all very thirsty and ready for CAKE!
