Tailored care for every client

We tailor our care for every single client, whatever form this takes. For some, it is help around the house, reminding them to take medication or helping with the shopping and for others, it is companionship and emotional support.

Many believe our services are only for older adults, but we support anyone who needs care over the age of eighteen. No matter your situation, we can work out a solution that will suit you!

They are proactive and helpful as well as attentive, my aunt has carers morning and evening, and it’s not just personal care – they also provide companionship and do her food shopping.”

Great communication

We believe one of the cornerstones of great care is great communication. Whether you need frequent updates, changes to your service or just have a question, our office team seamlessly supports our Care Professionals as they visit and are ready to help with any query you may have.

Ms G L, the niece of a client, says, “All the staff, carers, client supervisors, schedulers, and carer supervisors have all been very helpful and understanding. Emails are answered, and helpful suggestions are made…Dementia is hard for everyone involved, but I feel very fortunate to have found such a caring service.”

Ms June V also says, “I don’t live nearby, and it’s very reassuring to know they are there. They are also easy to contact and very accommodating when I need to arrange things like doctor’s appointments (which the carers have also accompanied my aunt to). The app is also useful to see what’s been going on, and the updates are appreciated. I would definitely recommend them.”

 

Dementia Specialists

Our Care Professionals are trained to handle a variety of medical conditions and the support needed for clients who live with them. Our dementia specialism is no different!

Ms FG, daughter of a client, said, “The full-time live-in care that Home Instead have provided over the past 13 months for my mother, who suffers from dementia, has been incredible. I have felt fully supported throughout the process, and everyone who was involved in my mother’s care has been incredibly kind, efficient and empathetic…

My mother was beautifully looked after, and I was always consulted and kept fully informed of any concerns about her health or changes to her care. I cannot recommend Home Instead highly enough.”
