Following our recent inspection by the CQC, where Home Instead Richmond were recognised as the first and only elderly home care provider in the London borough of Richmond to receive an overall rating of Outstanding, we were delighted to meet with the Mayor of Richmond, Cllr. Ben Khosa who wished to congratulate the team for such an acheivement.
We are so proud to announce that on 23rd November 2018 we were told by our Care Quality Commission inspector that we had been rated as Outstanding! That makes us the first and only elderly home care provider in the London borough of Richmond to have been rated this highly. Home Instead Senior Care were delighted to sponsor the Really Helpful Club's conference on the challenges faced by the "sandwich generation". We enjoyed presentations from St. James' Place on planning for financing elderly care. From Blitzfitness' Lara Milward, Richard Branson's personal trainer, on the importance of maintaining health and fitness to enjoy a long retirement, and the keynote presentation from Dame Esther Rantzen on the great work she is leading with the Silverline call center where their friendship line handles 10,000 calls every week from older people looking for information, advice and a good chat.
