On Monday 1st July, Home Instead were so proud to host a 3 hour workshop by world renowned dementia care expert Teepa Snow. Teepa spoke to an audience of 200 people made up of local families caring for people living with dementia as well as local health care professionals from across the borough. Teepa shared her incredible experience and knowledge on how we understand how dementia can effect the way people communicate and behave, so that we can improve how we support and care for people living with dementia.
