That’s why we’re incredibly proud to share our latest results from the annual PEAQ (Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality) survey, alongside achieving the WorkBuzz 5-Star Employer Award 2025.
The PEAQ survey is a nationwide, independently run annual survey delivered by WorkBuzz and completed by all Home Instead offices across the UK. It gathers anonymous feedback from Care Professionals, clients and office support teams, providing honest insight into how services are delivered and how people feel about working within the organisation.
For us, the survey is more than just a score — it’s an important tool that helps shape our plans for the year ahead. The feedback allows us to celebrate what we do well, while also identifying areas where we can continue to improve, ensuring the best possible experience for both our clients and our team.

To receive the WorkBuzz 5-Star Employer Award, organisations must achieve a minimum 85% engagement score and an 82% response rate. This year, Home Instead Preston exceeded both benchmarks with an impressive 96% response rate and an outstanding 98% engagement score.
These results place Home Instead Preston among the very best employers in the care sector and reflect the strong, supportive culture we work hard to create every day.
