Helen worked with Lina Small from Portsmouth FC to collaborate on what to include in the workshop which they agreed should be aimed to educate fans and staff about dementia, its challenges, and the importance of mental health support.

The event was a resounding success, with attendees gaining valuable insights into dementia and mental health.
