Jane joined us at Home Instead Poole with a motivation to contribute meaningfully to the well-being of older adults and in eight years of delivering home care to so many of our clients, and with a big heart and personal touch, she has certainly achieved her goal!

A key factor is a sense of family at Home Instead, within the whole team and especially within our small teams who provide regular support to the same clients throughout the week. Another factor is our personalised approach to care, which makes being a Care Professional and visiting our clients more rewarding and varied.
She tells us she was attracted by Home Instead’s personalised approach to care. Jane continues to enjoy the uniqueness of each and every person she supports. Every client is different, from their needs, personality and interests – and Jane appreciates our commitment to creating person-centred care plans, with the client at the heart of everything we do.

Training and flexibility
Adaptability is key in the care we provide. As our clients’ needs change, and so does the care and support we provide. Jane’s attention to her clients and her responsiveness allow her to work with the office team to adjust care plans effectively.
Another aspect of the role that Jane enjoys is having access to our training. Home Instead Poole prioritises the continuous growth and development of our Care Professionals. Jane values the in-house training and support that keep her skills up-to-date and her knowledge current, it’s also a chance to spend time as a team.
