I have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead's services. Prior to working with Home Instead we had not been able to find an agency that was able to offer appropriate, continuity of care that my Uncle required. From a family member point of view Home Instead's carers and office staff have worked very hard at building a good relationship with my Uncle, which has made all the difference. As a result of the experience with Home Instead I know I can rely on them to always do their best, which gives me great peace of mind as I live some distance away. The service is delivered by people who really care about people - thank-you for all your help.Mr R (family member, Oundle)
