It was our pleasure to take Rachel and her Showtime Dance session to the Marie Curie Hospice in Penarth, to help with their 75 Years NHS Birthday celebrations.
It was our pleasure to take Rachel and her Showtime Dance session to the Marie Curie Hospice in Penarth, to help with their 75 Years NHS Birthday celebrations.
There was a mix of staff, patients and family, and no matter how mobile people were, there was something for everyone.
Rachel put us through our paces and aimed to get every part of our bodies moving in a variety of different dance moves, seated or standing.
We enjoyed some beautiful cakes after the session which added to the party spirit.
