In August we got together for some Quizzing fun.

Our Professional guests were Linda and Chris from MHA and Ellys Jones from Huge Health.

They informed us of their local services and we are hoping that MHA will be starting a lunch club to compliment our existing Llandough group based at the Merrie Harrier Pub.

Ellys will be coming back next month to give us a taster session of his social exercise sessions and Linda shall give us updates about the lunch club.
