Stepping Stones to a Healthier Life

At our July MenoPals session we had Natalie Robertson from the NHS who is also one of their Co-Production Leads to introduce us to their new workbook “Stepping Stones.”

At our July MenoPals session we had Natalie Robertson from the NHS who is also one of their Co-Production Leads to introduce us to their new workbook “Stepping Stones.”

It’s a tool we can all use to help us identify how we can more readily meet our own needs and where to gain access for support.

This workbook has been co-produced by the NHS along with many people who have lived experience of managing long term health conditions.

Many of our group members who are navigating their Menopause journeys, also have other health conditions to cope with.

“Stepping Stones” is a great way to identify what works for us and what doesn’t, so we can manage our lives and health in a more compassionate way.

We had lots of time for sharing and supporting one another and as ever, the group’s combined knowledge is vast.

If you want to know more about the NHS “Keeping Me Well” website or joining the Co-Production forum to help shape future services and support, please see the flyers below.
