Health And Social Care Feedback
In March at MenoPals Sully, we had Janis and Jo from Llais along to gain our feedback as users of health and social care services.
They explained the importance of services receiving both negative and positive feedback to help them to develop strategies to ensure best practice.
We had the usual lively discussions and we all left feeling we had learned a lot from the session.
