Anyone For Clock Cricket?
We took our community colleagues from Clock Cricket – Home (clockcricket.co.uk) for a taster session at the Parkinson’s Support Group in Dinas Powys.
The attendees were surprised to hear they would be playing cricket, but also relieved to know they would also be safely seated.
During the session they practiced their catching, throwing, bowling and batting skills in an environment filled with lots of laughter and constant banter.
The group enjoyed their session and everyone felt they had experienced a safe form of exercise, which was also lots of fun.
