Dr Rebeccah Tomlinson returned and we had a very informative talk about nutrition from Joanne Crovini.We learned how to make helpful changes to our daily eating habits to better support our body during Perimenopause and the Menopause.
The easiest change to make is to reduce carbs and to increase protein at each mealtime.
Her top tip was to not skip meals as this helps us to stop unhealthy snacking during the evening.
There were many of us taking notes and looking forward to reviewing our eating habits straight away.
