“From the first time we spoke about setting up care back in early 2021, you have always been most helpful, extremely supportive and keen to do everything you could to help both implement a care program and ensure flexibility throughout our time using Home Instead. As you know, your professional approach was one of the main reasons for our choice of provider from our first conversation and this has continued throughout.

As for the team supporting our parents, we have nothing but exemplary words to say. You will know that both our parents were reluctant in wanting to receive care initially and wary of people in their home. From that point to one where the whole team gave them companionship is a testament to the professionalism, care, attention and support they all gave to both of them. Their flexibility, punctuality and ensuring that although carrying out tasks they also provided a friendly face and company to our parents has meant so much. They are a credit to Home Instead and anyone who is receiving care from them is in very good hands.

Both of us will have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead to anyone seeking care giving services and directing them to you for support.” (Karen & Chris)

“In June 2017 mum began with a weekly companionship visits which were the highlight of her week.

More recently Joyce’s team have become her constant companionship and primary care givers. Hospital appointments, shopping, health crises, team Joyce have been there for mum.
Now three visits each day have been scheduled to allow mum to remain at home as is her wish.
Home Instead arranged for me to have online access to mums daily notes which is a godsend after years of the challenges of living overseas from mum who lives alone and is totally deaf.
The main reasons I recommend home instead are the amazing ladies on team Joyce. I have now had the privilege of meeting most of them in person and have seen their caring and compassion for mum. They each have my greatest respect, each and every one of them have gone above and beyond in their support for mum. Countless extra treats, errands on their own time, reading the notes before the visit and giving me a heads up during the rough times.
These ladies take the ‘it’s personal’ motto to entirely next level. With my deepest thanks.” (Wendy B.)
