Family Caregivers are finding that caring for their ageing parents is causing unbearable stress and emotional instability. Do you think you can help?
As our 14th year approaches, Home Instead Norwich continues to provide relationship-led Home Care services helping people with light touch support such as household tasks to more complex and end-of-life care. Home Instead’s home care services can support families to spend more quality time with their loved ones which means they can enjoy their time together rather than it be a task fuelled visit. Our Care Professionals can help with medication support, personal care, house work, meal preparation, shopping and companionship, overnight and live-in care.
At Home Instead we know that many families struggle to access or explore the help for their relatives, and many just don’t know who to turn to or trust to ease the responsibility of providing care. This means that sometimes, it may take a fall in the home, diagnosis of dementia or sudden serious injury to prompt people to seek professional help. In Norwich, we are seeing a huge spike in demand for home care support this January. This is a pattern we see each year and believe this is because around Christmas time people have more time off work, and families spend more time together. We have been ramping up our Care Professional recruitment in Norwich to support the increased demand, but we are still looking for caring individuals to join our award winning team this year.
Our Care Professionals will be matched to clients based on personality traits and similar interests.
