Home Instead Norwich sponsors the Anglian Singers

We’re pleased to announce that Home Instead Norwich has become a sponsor of the Anglian Singers. The local choir is of course passionate about music, but also about their local community too. Which is why it felt like such a good fit for our organisation to support the group.
A Partnership On The Same Page
Home Instead run Companionship Cafés across five local libraries and hold free public education talks in the community, all focused on improving the lives of older people. And the Anglian Singers are a friendly local choir who care about more than just the music — they want to be a positive part of the community around them. When they got in touch with us, it was clear they shared our values around companionship and connection for older people.

More About The Anglian Singers
The choir entertains appreciative audiences with their summer and Christmas concerts, principally performed as charitable fund-raising events. The programmes always feature a mix of secular and non-secular music, from classical masses to modern day musicals. There is always something for everybody, whether a singer or concert attendee. The Anglian Singers prides itself on its family feel, and they welcome enquiries from prospective members, although the priority currently is for tenors and basses. There is no audition to join, so get in touch with the choir through their website. All the information for their summer concerts, which are being held in the Norwich area, can be found by clicking here.
Music Really Does Matter
Music brings people together, and for older people who might otherwise feel isolated, a music concert can mean a great deal to them. Organisations such as the Anglian Singers really are doing something genuinely valuable for the community, and we’re delighted to support them.
