All employees of the home care company were invited to take part in an anonymous survey by independent employee engagement experts WorkBuzz. Home Instead Norwich is delighted to have received an impressive employee engagement score of 92, a rating that few companies achieve.
Home Instead’s employees have commended the company due to factors such as top-quality training opportunities and supportive leadership. 92% of care professionals said they feel motivated to go the extra mile, while 96% said they are proud to work for Home Instead.
Those who receive the company’s care were also surveyed, leading to exceptionally high satisfaction scores. This includes 92% of clients saying Home Instead takes an interest in them as a person, and 87% of clients saying they feel that Home Instead has an excellent understanding of their care needs.
