We’re pleased to welcome a new member of the team, Jenny Ashton – Client Acquisitions & Onboarding Consultant.

“I was drawn to Home Instead because I wanted to work somewhere I could truly make a difference. As a “Client Acquisitions & Onboarding Consultant”. I’m passionate about helping older people access the care and support they need to stay independent and comfortable in their own homes.

With over 30 years’ experience in customer-focused management across social care, hospitality, and finance, I take pride in building meaningful relationships with clients and families, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Outside of work, I love long walks with my Border Collie, Milo, playing Scrabble, and spending time with family and friends over good food and conversation.

Say Hello to Mandy!

We’re pleased to welcome a new member of the team, Mandy Mills – Client Care Coordinator.

Mandy joins our care support team in the Newport office as a Client Care Coordinator, representing both of our franchises — Newport, Cwmbran & Chepstow, and Monmouth, Abergavenny & Pontypool.
As part of our Coordinating Support Team, Mandy plays a vital role in ensuring that care is delivered to the highest standard every day. She’s the ‘glue’ that connects our clients, their families, and our Care Professionals; offering expert advice, reassurance, and guidance.
