Age Without Limits Action Day
The National Day of Activism for Ageism this year is held on Wednesday 20th March!
Ageism is when someone treats you unfairly because of your age, including the way older people are represented in the media, which impact’s on the way older people are perceived in public.
Join Search Newcastle on 20th March at the Grainger Market to take part in the National Day of Action! The event will run from 10.00 am – 2.00 pm, and include crafts, line dancing, singing, a guided walk and more! This event also takes place on National Day of Happiness, what better way to celebrate than to have fun with peers.

– Included will be: Guided Walk – Nightlife memories of Newcastle, Arts and Crafts, Creative Writing, Line Dancing, Singing for the Brain & other fun activities that showcase what is possible in older age.
